Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you create and use your LawnTracker account:

• Account details such as your name, email address, password credentials, and account status
• Business information you choose to enter, such as business profile details, invoice settings, and payment preferences
• Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses that you choose to store in the app
• Yard addresses, service pricing, service history, job notes, invoice records, payment records, and related business records
• Optional GPS, mileage, route, and location-related data when you use tracking, route sorting, mileage, or location-based features
• Technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide core app features such as customer management, yard tracking, job tracking, mileage tracking, invoicing, payments, and reporting
• Save and display business records you choose to store in LawnTracker
• Calculate mileage, route, and operations information
• Help organize unpaid balances, billing reminders, and business records
• Maintain app security, performance, reliability, and usability
• Respond to support requests, bug reports, account questions, and privacy requests

Location Data

LawnTracker may request access to location information when you use features such as mileage tracking, route sorting, or yard location tools. Location data is used to provide those app features and improve route or mileage functionality. You can control location permissions through your device settings.

Payments and Subscriptions

LawnTracker may offer paid subscription plans. On iOS, subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. On the web, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. LawnTracker does not store full credit card numbers. Payment providers may process payment details according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information with service providers needed to run the app, such as hosting, infrastructure, database, payment processing, mapping, geolocation, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, or related technical providers when applicable. These providers are used only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve LawnTracker.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide app functionality, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly inside the app from Account & Plan → Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently delete or anonymize your account and associated LawnTracker business data, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to help protect information stored through LawnTracker. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you store in the app.

Your Choices

You can access, update, or correct certain account and business information inside the app. You can manage device permissions, including location permissions, through your device settings. You can delete your account directly inside the app from Account & Plan → Delete Account.

Children’s Privacy

LawnTracker is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
